Queensryche lead singer Geoff Tate checked in with Hardrock Haven to talk about the creation of their new release American Soldier; the difficulties the band had not politicizing the “war” message; the process of interviewing veterans of a myriad of American wars; his duet with his daughter on “Home Again;” upcoming tour plans; and a whole lot more. Even Elvis the Poodle made a guest appearance.

Renowned for their ability to tell a sonic tale (Operation: Mindcrime 1 and 2), Queensryche has struck again with a thought-provoking journey through the mind of the American Soldier. Tune in now to hear Tate talk about the new release, and pick up the CD today if you don’t have it yet.
