		<description>You know, if you have an ear for great guitar, you will hear that it is present all over this album even in the places where it forms a mere background texture to the pop-centric stuff on here.

And even still, there are some seriously hard rocking tunes on this that would NEVER be heard on any Kelly Clarkson disc. 

I think too many critics are dismissing her as going the bubblegum pop route when in fact if you listen closely to the album there&#039;s startling depth to the music -- well, aside from the largely been-there-done-that lyrics. At least the voice is great to listen to and the guitar work is smart and concise. And hey, if you really want the guitar wankery, there&#039;s always Highly Strung featuring Steve Vai toward the end of the disc!
