Somehow, the band soldiered on with Gary Holt (Exodus) on guitar and now Paul Bostaph (Testament, Exodus, Forbidden) pounding the skins. <\/p>\n<p>Slayer recently completed a North American tour with support from Gojira and 4ARM.
