Up-and-coming L.A. rock band Dorothy made their Ohio debut at this year’s Rock on the Range festival in Columbus. Currently the band only has a self-titled EP available to their fans, but a full-length debut record is on the horizon.<\/p>\n

Front-woman Dorothy Martin and guitarist Mark Jackson sat down with Hardrock Haven backstage at ROTR 2015 to share their thoughts on numerous subjects. One thing is for sure, once you give these two the go-ahead to curse and say whatever they want, the interview will get very interesting quickly. Highlights of the chat include Dorothy’s encounter with a real medicine man that inspired one of the band’s songs, the band’s thoughts on the recent passing of B.B. King, and a discussion of the band’s partnership with Skullcandy headphones. <\/p>\n
