DESTROYER debut gets re-issue and first time ever on CD, with bonus tracks.<\/p>\n

Heaven and Hell Records continue to bring you re-issues U.S. metal cult classics, this time New Pennsylvania three piece wrecking crew Destroyer’s debut ‘Optimum D.S.I from 1988.<\/p>\n

A classic U.S. metal release of a true “do it yourself” effort on their own terms of breaking rules and other things. A promising band up against increasing odds, but they would never compromise.<\/p>\n

The six song EP will also see its first release ever on CD and will include 4 additional bonus tracks from the 1989 demo, as well as a cover of British band The Hollies 1972 hit ‘Long Cool Woman (in a black dress)”.<\/p>\n

The re-mastering work will be done by Jamie King and newly updated cover art and layout by Chris Ferguson. Packaged in an 8-page booklet with full lyrics, never before seen photos, and band history essay. Limited to 500 copies. Look for the release in February\/early spring.<\/p>\n
