The summer months are getting hotter as Shredguy Records releases the epic Progressive Metal album from the band EGO titled Nosferatu. \u201cI have wanted to work with EGO for years\u201d states Shredguy\u2019s, Michael McDowell. \u201cI first heard of them from virtuoso guitarist Michael Harris( Arch Rival, Thought Chamber, Darkology) back in 2009\u201d, so it about damn time I got these talented guys on Shredguy\u201d.<\/p>\n
EGO usually tour as a power trio, but for Nosferatu, they added a vocalist and bassist.<\/p>\n
The lineup for the Nosferatu album is:

The artwork which is quite stunning was done by Larry Weber.<\/p>\n
Guitarist Mike Risko on Nosferatu says, \u201cI wanted Nosferatu to feel like an epic journey. Wanted it to have the flow and be different from RESISTANCE IS FUTILE. (EGO\u2019S first album) Not go over the top with complex instrumental parts but more set a mood and then let Jason tell his tale.\u201d<\/p>\n
