\"\"There are Led Zeppelin tribute bands and then there is Get The Led Out, a Philadelphia-based group of six world-class musicians who re-create the depth and glory of all those great songs just as heard on the albums. When you hear three guitars on the songs, there are three guitarists on stage.<\/p>\n

They took the stage at The Stiefel Theater in Salina, KS Oct. 16th amidst the rolling smoke for the fifth time in six years. Opening with the first song from the first album \u201cGood Times Bad Times\u201d, the band launched into a set featuring 20 note for note songs from the Led Zeppelin catalog. Phil D\u2019Agostino\u2019s bass playing shined during the song and throughout the night. They are able to cull from nearly 90 Led Zeppelin studio songs and change the setlist up every time they perform.<\/p>\n

They then went into another song from the first album, the psychedelic \u201cHow Many More Times\u201d, which featured long-time guitarist Paul Hammond and newcomer Eddie Kurek bringing out the violin bows.<\/p>\n

The band rolled through \u201cDancing Days\u201d, deep cut \u201cSick Again\u201d, \u201cYour Time Is Gonna Come\u201d, \u201cBabe, I\u2019m Gonna Leave You\u201d, \u201cRamble On\u201d and \u201cNobody\u2019s Fault But Mine\u201d featuring Paul Sinclair\u2019s spot-on vocals along with Paul Hammond and Jimmy Marchiano (and sometimes Eddie Kurek!) trading lead guitar duties.<\/p>\n

The lights went out and all six members reconvened in chairs for the 3 song acoustic set featuring fan-favorite \u201cGoing To California\u201d, surprise cut \u201cTangerine\u201d and \u201cThe Rain Song\u201d.<\/p>\n

After a short intermission, the second half of the show opened with a spotlight on multi-instrumentalist Eddie Kurek on the keyboards now and the eerie strains of \u201cIn The Light\u201d from the album Physical Graffiti. Then it was drummer Adam Ferraioli\u2019s time to be \u2018in the light\u2019 with \u201cMoby Dick\u201d.<\/p>\n

Fan favorites \u201cThank You\u201d, \u201cWhat Is And What Will Never Be\u201d, \u201cWhen The Levee Breaks\u201d and \u201cKashmir\u201d closed out the set before they hit the stage for the 3 song encore featuring \u201cMisty Mountain Hop\u201d, \u201cStairway To Heaven\u201d and \u201cWhole Lotta Love.\u201d
\nIf you want to hear Led Zeppelin songs live, this band is the way to go.<\/p>\n
