The Dollyrots to release Down The Rabbit Hole<\/em>, a 24-track collection of B-sides, rarities, and cover songs with a Dollyrots twist. The diverse collection features tracks from throughout the band\u2019s 20-year history, remastered and including some previously unheard songs and alternate takes. Down The Rabbit Hole<\/em> is available for pre-order now as a deluxe 2-disc digipack <\/a>with fold-out poster insert. The Dollyrots are Kelly Ogden on vocals and bass and Luis Cabezas on guitar, with Justin McGrath on live drums.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c<\/em>It\u2019s so exciting to have all these tracks in one place! Sometimes a song just doesn\u2019t fit on an album but that doesn\u2019t mean it isn\u2019t a great song. Putting together this project also made me reflect on the career we\u2019ve had so far and I\u2019m so grateful for all of it. Our band turns 20 this year and we couldn\u2019t think of a better way to celebrate than a retrospective of all the rarities<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their 2019 album Daydream Explosion<\/em> was deemed by NPR as a ‘Notable Release,’ Huffington Post called it a \u201c<\/em>foot-stomping medley,\u201d <\/em>while New Noise said it is “pop-punk perfection,” <\/em>while debuting on three billboard charts. Their 2017 album Whiplash Splash<\/em> hit the Heatseekers chart at #13 and the Independent Albums chart at #31. The band’s 2016 live album\/DVD Family Vacation: Live in Los Angeles<\/em> hit #15 on Heatseekers, while previous studio album Barefoot And Pregnant<\/em> peaked at #7 on the same chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dollyrots are excited to announce they will be part of Little Steven\u2019s Underground Garage very first GREAT ROCK \u2018N\u2019 ROLL SEA CRUISE, along with Graham Parker, The Dictators, The Stranglers, Buzzcocks, and more. The cruise departs from Athens, Greece, and will visit the ports of Mykonos, Greece, and Izmir, Turkey from August 18th through August 23rd, 2022.
