What started as a local one-day music event in 2004 in a small Norwegian town of Kopervik, has grown today into a reputable 3-day festival featuring loads of international bands of various genres of metal.
Karmøygeddon Metal Festival 2018, celebrating 15 years of its existence, will be held on May 10 – 12. in Kopervik, at the island of Karmøy on the southwest coast of Norway. Over 30 bands will take the stage in the 3 days. Plenty of names that need no explanation to any metalhead, amongst others Omnium Gatherum, Primordial, Skid Row, Rotting Christ, In Vain, Ruins Of Beverast, Pagans Mind, Amorphis, Solstafir, Jinjer, headliners being mighty Kreator and Enslaved.
