The summer months are getting hotter as Shredguy Records releases the epic Progressive Metal album from the band EGO titled Nosferatu. This concept album, which is divided into three parts, is the 34th release from Shredguy Records.
“I have wanted to work with EGO for years” states Shredguy’s, Michael McDowell. “I first heard of them from virtuoso guitarist Michael Harris( Arch Rival, Thought Chamber, Darkology) back in 2009”, so it about damn time I got these talented guys on Shredguy”.
EGO usually tour as a power trio, but for Nosferatu, they added a vocalist and bassist.

The artwork which is quite stunning was done by Larry Weber.
Guitarist Mike Risko on Nosferatu says, “I wanted Nosferatu to feel like an epic journey. Wanted it to have the flow and be different from RESISTANCE IS FUTILE. (EGO’S first album) Not go over the top with complex instrumental parts but more set a mood and then let Jason tell his tale.”
