Bassist Freddy Villano of Holy Water checked in with Hardrock Haven to talk about their resurfaced songs from the late ’80s and early ’90s that are finally getting a proper release in The Collected Sessions; the band’s affiliation with ex-Foreigner keyboardist Al Greenwood; how the grunge scene (read: Nirvana) perhaps put their music on the backburner for a decade or so; and Villano’s other musical endeavors, like playing with Dee Snider in Widowmaker and his current band, Gaggle of Cocks.

If you like Classic AOR Rock and Roll, Holy Water is one of those bands that will make you scratch your head and think “how were they not huge?” Tune in now to get to know Villano and the rest of the band, and pick up The Collected Sessions immediately thereafter.
