Blinding Sunrise band 2015

Hardrock Haven: Hi there! Thank you so much for talking with me. I hear you have an album releasing soon, This World Won’t Listen. What is the concept of the album, and what inspired it?

Blinding Sunrise: Basically we just realized that we live in a world where everyone ignores everyone and so you feel unwanted, thrown into a world that doesn’t care about you.

Hardrock Haven: What type of recording process did you use? Who produced your recording?

Blinding Sunrise: We recorded all the instrumental and the vocals in our studio (DropRecordings) and we have mixed it with Dani Nelli at Adrenaline Studio Recording.

Hardrock Haven: How did you get Dani Nelli of Upon This Dawning to collaborate on one of the tracks?

Blinding Sunrise: We’ve just pitched him the idea in an email and he was into it. We’re really proud of the work he has done.

Hardrock Haven: Tell me about your music video “Scream Till You Can.” How did you enjoy the filming process, and how did the video idea come about?

Blinding Sunrise: We enjoyed it a lot. We wanted the story line to be shot in our hometown and add in some scenes where we were doing what we like to do the most :)

Hardrock Haven: What were some of the reasons for changing your original band name?

Blinding Sunrise: We just thought that our old name didn’t reflect ourselves.

Hardrock Haven: How do you describe your music to people?

Blinding Sunrise: Powerful and melodic at the same time.

Hardrock Haven: Which famous musicians do you admire? Why?

Blinding Sunrise: Sam Carter. He has a lot of interpretation.

Hardrock Haven: Why did you decide to play the genre or genres you do? I love the mix of powerful screaming and beautiful singing.

Blinding Sunrise: It comes out from nothing. Just ourselves playing our music.

Hardrock Haven: What do you think about online music sharing?

Blinding Sunrise: It’s a good way to show yourself to people and make them listen to your music.

Hardrock Haven: What are your long-term career goals?

Blinding Sunrise: Touring all over the world.

Hardrock Haven: What’s your opinion on the music industry in America versus the industry in Italy?

Blinding Sunrise: America is better. There’s a lot more support for the bands.

Hardrock Haven: What are your upcoming plans? I’m sure the fans would love to know!

Blinding Sunrise: Hope fully a tour soon! You’ll just have to stay tuned.
