In the latter half of 2014, ex-Misfits guitarist Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein destroyed venues across the country while touring in support of his latest album Abominator. The record was the first release from Doyle’s new eponymous solo outfit and has made quite an impression amongst longtime fans, horror enthusiasts and appreciators of heavy music everywhere.
Hardrock Haven had a chance to sit down with Doyle for a quick interview literally seconds before he took the stage at Ace of Cups in Columbus, OH. Doyle talked about how he found his latest drummer Tiny, expanding his new label Monsterman Records, his love of Alice Cooper, and the progress on the follow-up to Abominator.
