Nothing More, currently co-headlining a U.S. tour with labelmates Asking Alexandria with support from Atreyu and Eva Under Fire, kicked things off May 13th in Kansas City, MO.

Nothing More features vocalist Jonny Hawkins, guitarist Mark Vollelunga, bassist Daniel Oliver and drummer Ben Anderson.

The band offers concert goers a visual and audio experience that rivals their peers, combining elements of progressive, trippy, heavy, and modern metal. Jonny Hawkins charismatic performance brought inspired energy and thought provoking lyrics to the packed hall of concert enthusiasts.

With their long-awaited forth album to be released later this year, the band treated fans to their latest single “Tired of Wining” as well as “Turn It Up Like (Stand in the Fire),” opening their set with the new song. Many of the songs performed tonight resonated with concert goers, “Go to War” was one such tune. Fans could be singing along, while swaying to the music and consuming plenty of adult beverages.

Audio problems plagued the bands that performed this evening. Nothing More sounded amazing, but the guitars where buried in the mix, while the vocals, bass and drums where clearly audible.
