In the months leading up to the October 30th North American release date of their latest studio album Battering Ram, U.K. Metal legends Saxon toured the States alongside the likes of Motörhead and Armored Saint.
Frontman Biff Byford took a few moments to chat with Hardrock Haven about the new record before the band’s show at the Agora Ballroom in Cleveland, OH on September 18. In the interview, Byford discusses his first encounters with tour mates Armored Saint, working with producer Andy Sneap, filming the “Battering Ram” music video, and a possible return of Saxon to the US in the spring of 2016:
